Nokia is a global leader in the technologies that connect people and things. Powered by the pioneering work of Bell Labs, their research and innovation division, and Nokia Technologies, they are at the forefront of creating and licensing the technologies that are increasingly at the heart of our connected lives: Among innovation, the acquisition of French StartUp Withings to pioneer the Internet of things (5G) technologies and investments to surf on the wave of Robotik technologies.

During my internship,I seek to make a purchasing department adopt a new solution Salesforce.com/APTTUS for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). CLM is a fundamental part of Procurement at Nokia. It improves the efficiency of the purchasing process by defining the procurement price, the currency, the terms and the conditions. It also limits business risks and increase both compliance and value from agreements with the use of legal templates and through integrated approvals.

To acheive this goal, I needed to develop strategies so the users accept this new tool and buy it (700 purchasers and lawyers). As a result, these are the tasks I performed:
- Organize trainings and Q&A sessions (EMEA, APAC, AMERICAS)
- Create documentation and training videos (training + entertainment videos)
- Participate in the system continuous Improvement and process development: working closely with the SFDC Certified Administrator and the IT department
- Contribute to functional tests for the establishment of troubleshooting with IT and also during escalations to the software provider
- Helpdesk
- Update documentation with procedures and workflows changes
- Provide support on X-Author (Word Add-In) for document versioning
In the context of the acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent by Nokia (back to the 14th January 2016), the resulting working environment implies to adopt proactive attitude to make continuous improvements in the front line.
